The first step is to sort and grade the dry fruits based on factors such as size, color, and quality. This eliminates damaged or defective fruits and ensures consistency in the final product. Automated sorting systems enhance accuracy and efficiency, minimizing human error. Advanced optical sensors help detect and remove substandard pieces.
Once sorted, the dry fruits are thoroughly washed and cleaned to remove any dirt, dust, or contaminants. This step enhances hygiene and cleanliness before further processing. High-pressure water jets and organic disinfectants ensure thorough purification. The multi-stage washing process prevents contamination and maintains food safety standards.
Throughout the entire processing and packaging process, strict quality control measures are implemented. Inspections ensure that the dry fruits meet the required standards in terms of appearance, taste, texture, and moisture content. Each batch undergoes lab testing to ensure compliance with international food safety regulations. Substandard products are discarded, guaranteeing premium quality for consumers.
After blanching, the dry fruits are dried to remove moisture and extend their shelf life. Drying methods include sun drying, hot air drying, and specialized dehydrators. The moisture content is carefully monitored to prevent microbial growth and spoilage. Advanced drying techniques ensure minimal loss of nutrients while maintaining natural taste and texture.
